MF 7 FRP code

hello i have a 2009 IC with 2 codes they read (FRP above desired level) and (FRP above KOEO spec) i replaced the FRP sensor and didn't fix the problem. has anyone ran into this problem and what was the fix??

Chad, try unplugging the FRP and see if the bus starts, if the bus starts the sensor is bad, if it doesn't look at the high pressure pump there are 2 actuators on it one is for fuel volume control valve and the other is fuel pressure control valve. if I remember correctly I had to replace the entire high pressure pump because the FVCV is not replaceable.
