2007 Bluebird with ISB

hello i have a 2007 Bluebird with a ISB that wont run

we replaced the injectors cause they were staying open

we then replaced the fuel pump cause no rail pressure

we still have no rail pressure when i pulled the main line going from the pump to the rail fuel came out but only like it was peeing not like there was any real pressure behind it

What does the laptop say are there any codes ?

it just says low fuel rail pressure

do you have the engine serial number located on valve cover or front cover?
