ok I have a VT365 that has a hard start issue when it gets hot I have a couple actually but I'm working on 2 atm the first we changed the high pressure pump, injectors, and oil rail tubes the second we changed the High pressure pump and oil rail tubes and neither bus will restart and we get good ICP 1200 - 1400 cold we have fuel and at least 40 psi oil pressure is it possible we got bad High pressure pumps or am I missing something??

Are you sure you don't have ECM or IDM Relay problems? Replacing the HP oil pump when you have good pressure doesn't make sense. Check fuel pressure with a guage. Do you have any active codes?

I want you to do an injector test and then do the ECM and IDM test on the no start sheet. Post the results.

how long does the injector test normally run for. I ask because the injectors have been buzzing away for about 30 min.+ now

the relay voltage for the ECM and IDM while cranking is 9.6v as for the injector test the injectors buzzed for 1 hour then we just stopped the test

Swapping the IDM from its sister bus didn't make a diff.
